Scope of Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mereth ("Mereth", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of our regulatory intelligence platform and related services.
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.
Platform Capabilities
Mereth provides a real-time regulatory interpretation engine. The Platform monitors legislative bodies, regulatory agencies, and legal databases to provide synthesized intelligence tailored to the User's operational profile.
"Regulatory Intelligence" as defined herein includes the systematic gathering, analysis, and translation of regulatory data points into machine-readable and human-legible instructions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for major changes that substantially affect your use of the service.
Usage Restrictions
The Platform is licensed, not sold, to you for your internal business purposes only. You shall not:
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mereth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Mereth operates strictly as a technology service and specifically disclaims the provision of legal advice. All regulatory interpretations generated by the platform should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before any implementation or action is taken.
Our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform will not exceed the total amount paid by you to Mereth in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Jurisdiction & Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka.
Regulatory citation: The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended).
